Community program "Purification of body- mind, Guiding a healthy living method in accordance with the nature"

From May 24th to May 28th, 2023 Hoang Phap Pagoda cooperated with Senior Doctor Thich Tam Thanh and the body-mind Purification’s Company organized the program "Purification of body and mind - Guiding to a healthy living method in accordance with the nature" to awaken the spirit of self-care, renewing body-mind, resonating energy to improve health and changing awareness in the daily lifestyle.

In the evening of May 27th, 2023, Junior Thich Tam Truong, Abbot of Hoang Phap Pagoda wished for the health of monks, nuns and Buddhists participating in the program; at the same time, he advised the attendees should try to practice and change their lifestyle, choose foods and a suitable daily diet for good health, as a chance for participants to have quiet time, filter the dirt in the soul; purify the body toxins, so that we can gain a clear mind in a healthy body, and benefit the community in the future.

In this course, practitioners will be guided and practiced the following contents:

1. Know the root causes of diseases, how to prevent, and strengthen the body's resistance.

2. Listen to the function discussions of body-mind, and its close relationship to live in harmony.

3. How to choose the suitable food to nourish the body, and metabolize diseases.

4. Learn to purify the mind, develop the right perception and concentration to change unhealthy thinking, wrong thinking and lack of awareness.

5. Practice "peaceful and quiet" to purify the mind on a deep, subtle level to radically transform diseases and disorders both in the body-mind and out the environment.

6. Purifies the body, cleanses deeply in the body with vegetables, juices, fresh fruits and exercises qigong.

7. Practitioners will find peace and happiness in the transformation of awareness, changing the lifestyle to harmonize body & mind with the community and environment.
