Continuing to support people in need in the Covid-19 pandemic of Hoang Phap Pagoda (series 5)

Continuing with support activities, Hoang Phap Pagoda sent gifts to households in the blockade and isolation areas in the days of July 17th - 21st, 2021 (June 8th - 12th, LC). These portions are all donated by benefactors, Buddhists everywhere who have generously donated money and vegetable to Hoang Phap Pagoda.

On July 17th, 2021 (June 8th, LC), the pagoda donated 15 tons of rice, 500 boxes of instant noodles to Hoc Mon town, communes of Trung Chanh, Tan Xuan, Ba Diem, Xuan Thoi Dong; 6 tons of pineapples are shared to neighboring blockade areas.

In this support, the gifts were gathered at the People's Committees of communes and towns in the district. After that, the food was delivered to the blockade areas, isolation areas, supporting people in the complicated situation of the epidemic

On July 18th, 2021 (June 9th, LC), Hoang Phap Pagoda continued to support nearly 3 tons of morning glory to households in Tan Thoi 1 hamlet, Hoc Mon district, Ho Chi Minh City.

On July 20th - 21st, 2021 (June 11th - 12th, LC), the pagoda received 13 tons of cabbage, long cabbage and 10 tons of vegetables and fruits of all kinds. In addition, the pagoda donated 20 tons of pineapple, 20 tons of pitaya  (dragon fruit), 700 kg of lemons, 15 tons of sweet potatoes. Accordingly, the pagoda has packed 10,000 small portions to give to people in Tan Hiep commune.

Blockades in the Ho Chi Minh City makes many people who are already struggling even more miserable. Many households, especially the boarders, lack all kinds of things such as vegetable fruits. Small bags of vegetables and food partially solved the current difficult situation, making people more secure in preventing the epidemic.
