Creature releasing in the new year in thai binh province.

On February 17th 2016 (Lunar January 10th, Monkey Year), Junior Ven. Thich Tam Kinh, Abbot of Tay Khanh Pagoda, Cao Mai Hamlet, Quang Hung ward, Kien Xuong District, Thai Binh Province and Buddhists came to the Red River to release creatures by The New Year.

Releasing can be a way to bring up our mercifulness. From this, we can understand more about the fair universal truth of beings, owning Buddha’s characters, being Buddha in the future. Whereby, we can start the mercifulness to all living beings. Advancing another step, we can practice not to be a killer, a vegetarian, helpers, avoiding act cruelty, being diligent to do the good things.

 

Before freeing them, the Junior Ven. cited their mind to become a Buddhist and led them to Three Refuges, created a good life in the future. Everyone was so very eager to send the fishes back to nature in the happy environment.
