Cultural Discovery and Visiting Pagodas in Seoul – South Korea

On May 02, 2017 (April 07, lunar calendar), with the support from Yaksasa pagoda, Hoang Phap clergy delegation had a travel tour in Seoul to understand more about Korean Buddhism culture that once used to be the national religion there.

South Korea has got not only modern industry but also traditional cultural values that have been preserved and protected for a long time. Along with history, Korea has been influenced by Chinese and Japanese culture, nevertheless it can keep its national specific characteristics from architecture, costumes to lifestyle.

Korean culture is a pure oriental one, in which family life is respected and preserved. People in the community have close relationship with one another and nature. It is one of the attractive factors for tourists coming to this lovely land.
