Delegation of Buu Tho Ashram - Gia Lai visited Hoang Phap Pagoda

Chiều ngày 05/03/2018 (nhằm 18/01 Mậu Tuất), Phái đoàn sư cô và Phật tử chùa Bửu Thọ, Tp Pleiku – Gia Lai về chùa Hoằng Pháp tham quan lễ Phật và thăm hỏi sức khỏe Thượng tọa trụ trì.

 

During the meeting, the Abbot reminded everyone behaving properly as Buddhist, following Buddha’s example and diligently cultivating to purify the three great powers, body, speech and mind. Bodhisattva Siddhārtha has practiced for immeasurable kalpas. As a result, in his last reincarnation, he could absolutely purify his three vajras (three great powers) and attain Buddhahood after 6 years of cultivation. Today we practice, chant sutras, recite Buddha name, and meditate in even decades without getting the Attainment yet because our three great powers are still defiled. Practitioner should reflect on him/herself and try to practice more to decrease the three poisons, greed - hatred – delusion, to control and purify body, speech and mind to have peace in present and achieve liberation in future.

 

After the Dhamma talk, the Senior Venerable sent Dhamma gifts to visitors.
