Dharma assembly Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara at Linh An Temple, Taiwan

Monthly, Linh An Temple (Taiwan) held a One - Day Retreat to Vietnamese Buddhists living, working and studying in Taiwan.

In order to encourage Buddhists returning to the temple to study, chant, and listen to the Dharma, Linh An Temple organized a One-Day Retreat for Buddhists in August 2025. During each retreat, Buddhists always prepare vegetarian dishes with the rich flavors of Vietnam to offer to the mass.

 

 All attendees often join together to do charity work, giving alms to those in need, such as the homeless at Taipei Railway Station (台北車站), or visiting orphans at the Guan Ai Zhi Jia (關愛之家) center.

 

This Dharma assembly has been practicing charity, offering and supporting some pagodas that are nurturing young novices and orphans in Myanmar from Ven. Tam Bien is currently studying there.

We respectfully invite Buddhists who have the opportunity to come to Linh An Pagoda to attend the Ullambana ceremony, the ceremony to pray for ancestors according to Vietnamese rituals and enjoy a vegetarian buffet on Sep. 21st, 2025 (July 30th, LC).
