Dharma assembly for chanting in Taiwan

Ullambana Ceremony is a traditional beauty of Buddhist disciples in particular and children in general, are an opportunity for descendants to show in remembrance and gratitude to the merits of procreators and ancestors.

In that spirit, the Linh An pagoda (Taipei, Taiwan) solemnly organized the Dharma Assembly to hold prayers in three days 23rd - 25th  August 2020 (July 5th - 7th, Year of Mouse). The assembly sincerely recited complete scriptures:

Ksihitigarbha Bodhisattva of sutra,

Diamond of Mahayana Sutra,

The compassionate water repentance dharma of sutra,

 Repentant prostrating to the Buddhas’ names,

 Amitabha Buddha of Sutra,

The rite of offering food to lone souls.

This chanting aims to pray for the blessings to parents, families of men and women Buddhists who always are safe and healthy, overcoming epidemics, everything is happy and hopeful! Vowing of rebirth to the deceased parents and ancestors is full with merit and to be born in the Pure Land.
