Dharmapala Group 's doctrine learning Session

The Dharmapala Group had a doctrinal learning session at Hoang Phap pagoda's Dining-room 3 on the afternoon of Dec. 3rd, 2023.

The meditation session of 15 minutes is the beginning activity in which group members can build a mindful life, have time to reflect on themselves, and gradually let go of the worries in daily life.

Then, Junior Thich Tam Trinh shared a Dharma talk to the youth. By his spending journey, he has transferred to them valuable experiences, the path of practice and transformation of body and mind.

The activity ended in everyone's joy.
