Entering of the Teenage Retreat 2025 - Temporary Ordination for Children

Hoang Phap Pagoda organizes the Teenager summer retreat - temporary ordination with the topic “Mind bouquet” for children (from 10-15 years old) to attend from June 12th - 19th, 2025.

The retreat is a place to plant good seeds in the souls of children in the first steps of life. This will form a good character on their own, know how to love and live responsibly.

 

Over 1200 little learners returned to the temple to register for the retreat on the day of June 11th, 2025.

 

Accordingly, the monks divided kids into groups following the areas of lecture halls and then guiding them the places to eat, wash, sleep, and play.

 

The children were instructed by the monks on some necessary rules when attending the retreat in the afternoon.

 

Last, all kids listened to Three Refuges and Five precepts, the programs and competitions were shared by Junior Thich Tam Duoc in the evening.
