Experiences of overcoming the Covid-19 epidemic

On the evening of Oct. 5th, 2021 (Aug. 29th, LC), at the main hall, monks and Buddhists in the pagoda listened to the sharing session from Junior Thich Tam Trinh about his own experiences from getting sick to testing for his infecting, and then to the isolation period.

The monk told the practitioners about his recent volunteer journey. He recalled happy and sad memories, difficult times when sending gifts to each inn, and his feelings when he saw pictures of destitute lives with his own eyes.

Because of the complicated epidemic, the infection in the community is difficult to control, during the gift distribution process, so it is easy to get infected. The monk confided about the things that led to his infecting and the signs and symptoms of the disease; psychology when sickness; how to treat the disease through eating to increase resistance, adequate sleep time to recover quickly and especially breathing exercises every day. Thanks to this, the listeners have a better view and understanding of the Covid-19 disease; From there, if we happen to be infected, promptly respond as well as reassure yourself.

By the experience of "the one who came back from the dead", he understood thoroughly when he was alone in struggling between life and death, felt Master's affection for him, as well as everyone's concern around.
