Giving gifts of Mid-autumn Festival and One-Day Retreat at Dang Phap Pagoda

On Sep. 24th, 2023, Dang Phap Pagoda in Binh Phuoc province (belonging to Hoang Phap pagoda) organized the One-Day peaceful Practice.

After the practice of meditation walking and Buddha name reciting, Nun Thich Nu Nhu Nguyen, Bachelor of Buddhist Studies - Nuns at Quan The Am pagoda, Bau Bang, Binh Duong came to the lecture hall to share a Dharma talk named I was lost in Samsara during the Buddha's time in this world.

The nun encouraged Buddhists to practice diligently. Even though we were born when the Buddha had nirvana, His teachings are still passed down, taught and guided to Buddhists by monks. This is something very precious, each of us needs to comply with five precepts and practice diligently.

In the afternoon, the pagoda gave 700 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to children, each of them received: 1 electronic lantern, 1 Moon cake, milk and cake. In addition, the children can also watch lion dance performances, the legend of the moon lady and the moon man ...
