Handover ceremony of living quarter for Hoa Dao Kindergarten in Dak Glong district, Dak Nong province

Junior Thich Tam Truong, Abbot of Hoang Phap Pagoda, and the monks arrived to Hoa Dao Kindergarten in Dak Som Commune, Dak Glong District, Dak Nong Province to hand over a prefabricated house (domes) as a place of collective activities for pupils and teachers on Dec. 19th, 2022 (Nov. 25th, LC).

For a long time, teachers and learners have faced many difficulties in collective activities, having to be outdoors under the harsh weather due to the lack of material facilities. Therefore, the monks and Buddhists of Hoang Phap Pagoda have started the prefabricated house s’ construction with a total cost of nearly 100 million VND and many volunteer human resources by Hoang Phap Pagoda from the beginning of Nov. 2022. The project was completed, and officially handed over to the school's Leadership to put into use on Dec.19th, 2022. In the ceremony, there were the presence of local government leaders: Mr. Hoang Duc Tam, Deputy Secretary and Chairman of Dak Som Commune Front; Mr. Tran Van Dap, Vice Chairman of Dak Som Commune; Ms. Tong Thi Dieu Nga, Principal of Hoa Dao Kindergarten, and all teachers and pupils at the school.

The representatives of the monks of Hoang Phap Pagoda presented over 40 gifts of Dharma books in this occasion to government leaders and teachers, a set of books Good examples in East and West, and 500 gifts to Kids, including the comic books, such as Lessons of Childhood, Lessons of Gratitude written by Most Thich Chan Tinh and confectionery.

The ceremony was successful to the joy of all attendees.
