Introducing the trailer Buddhist reporting film “Lotus from the Snowland”

Sau hơn 5 tháng khởi quay và thực hiện với nhiều công đoạn khá công phu, bắt đầu từ tháng 09/2017, đến thời điểm này, bộ phim sắp hoàn thành. Dự kiến, bộ phim sẽ chính thức ra mắt chư Tôn đức Tăng Ni cùng quý Phật tử vào những ngày đầu tháng 05/2018.

The reporting film “Lotus from the Snowland” as a story about the most Venerable Thich Thang Hoan, the life and work. It’s about his peaceful and pleasant childhood at a rural temple, where he was trained and nourished by the warm love of master and dharma friends. Completed the collective Buddhist study of the adult years he started to promulgate Buddhism in oversea by order of the most Venerables inland. Everything has difficulty in the beginning but he overcame all to preserve the bodhisattva ideal in undertaking and serving all living beings. In oversea he led the Vietnamese Buddhist Church and became a sample figure of morality for not only sangha members but also the Buddhist laymen.

The three main portions connected to each stage of his life and although only 40 minutes bounded the movie has given important landmark in the history of his learning and promulgating Buddhism.With gentle commenting, beautiful shots and the background music in the times of need, the movie for sure will turn audiences’ emotion and promise a new theme and appearance for the Buddhist movie.
