Learning many beneficial things at the pagoda on weekends.

More than 90 children from all everywhere gathered in Hoa Phuc pagoda, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi on Nov. 8th, 2020 to participate in activities such as learning English, team-building and traditional martial art of Vietnam.
In Particular, the English class is in the morning. At this class, learners are completely exempt from tuition fees, the class is well organized, all learners interacted very actively and the teachers were very enthusiastic. Teachers and teaching assistants are students studying at universities in the inner city of Hanoi. With the desire to improve knowledge for rural children, University's students did not hesitate to go to the temple to teach as scheduled.
After learning time, all the children had a moment of quiet, dignified silence during lunch. Monks at Hoa Phuc pagoda have guided the basic rituals during the time of lunch, such as sitting upright, joining hands to recite the Buddha's name, and eating in mindfulness. Monks save time to explain for all young attendees understand when we have a good meal, it is the sweat of many people: farmers work hard to sow rice, grow vegetables; chefs make a processing food, cooking. Since then, each of us needs to nurture gratitude to the community, cherish food and drink.
Young participants excitedly immerse themselves in fun team-building activities in the afternoon. Thanks to the games, all attendees learned how to work in groups effectively. The team-building activity cleared unfamiliar distance between participants, helped them unite and stick together.
At here, the monks also created conditions for children to learn martial arts on Sunday afternoon. Under the guidance of a professional trainer, a special mission soldier who is a Buddhist of Hoa Phuc, martial art lessons are conducted in a formal and serious manner.
