"Mid-Autumn Festival for Kids" Charity of Dong Cao rural Pagoda

With the spirit of sowing blessings and spreading love, thereby accepting the invitation of the family of Buddhist Tinh Hung and Cao Thi Yen's family, Junior Thich Tam Hung, Abbot of Dong Cao Pagoda in Thanh Hoa (belonging to Hoang Phap Pagoda), went to the Hoa Sen lecture hall to demonstrate, prayed for the rebirth on the morning of Sep. 10th, 2022.

 Next, the Abbot guided the chanting of Sigalovada sutra, repenting, taking refuge, and making prayers for the spirits of the Buddhist family Tinh Hung and the family of Cao Thi Yen, as well as praying for the deceased fetuses and teenagers who are worshiped at the temple.

 After that, the mass performed the creature release rite. Next, families light incense and offer gifts (lanterns, sweets, milk) and pure money to the deceased incense spirit at Ksitigarbha altar.

On the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival release, the temple continued to donate more than 200 vegetarian meals to Nga Son General Hospital.
