On Mar. 6th, 2020 (Lunar Feb. 13th, Rat Year), the Sangha at Hoang Phap Pagoda studied together demeanor of Monk.

It is known the Sangha is the representative group of purity, upholding morality, being the model of sentient beings and fourfold disciple towards enlightenment and deliverance. The monk who wants to educate sentient beings must first educate himself, controlling himself of body, speech and mind in solemnity. Therefore, ethic demeanor is very necessary for the life of a leaving-home person. This has helped mindfulness, awareness for monk to prevent and eliminate greed, anger and delusion.

In dharma session, Senior Ven. Thich Chan Tinh sincerely re-instructed Monks, such as the ways of walking, standing, lying, sitting, greeting, bowing and worshipping the Buddha, Buddhist rituals and explaining of some Buddhist words often is used in the place of cultivation. The Senior reminded his disciples ethic demeanor of a leaving home person is really necessary for the life of cultivators. Therefore, after three months, the practicer at Hoang Phap pagoda will relearn these rules.
