Nearly 600 Buddhists of Hoa Phuc pagoda travelling on the spring in the early year

n the spirit toward respecting and relying on virtue and precepts of Most Venerable in Buddhism to study, as well as to wish a long life to all of the Venerables when beginning of the new year, on January 8th, the year of Pig ( on Feb.12th, in 2019) The Buddhist delegation of Hoa Phuc Pagoda (Hoa Thach commune, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi city) nearly 600 people were led by Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hoa - Abbot of Hoa Phuc Pagoda guided the group to Vien Minh Pagoda (Phu Xuyen district - Ha Noi city) to pay homage and wish a long life on early beginning of the spring to Most Venerable Thich Pho Tue - The 3rd chief Dharma-lord.
Next, the delegation visited and paid homage to some temples in Hai Duong province, such as: Co Tan Pagoda; Cao An Phu Temple; Nham Duong temple at the place to be born of the Ts’ao -Tung Zen sect in our country and this is also the place that is ranked the National Archaeological relics area. The Institute of Archeology and Vietnam Geological Research Institute surveyed and studied this area in the period 2000 - 2001 and discovered many fossils of 27 species of animals such as Elephants, Rhino, Tiger, Jaguar, Hedgehog, Boar, Gorilla ... lived at here nearly 5,000 years ago, with the relics of the ancient Stone Age and the Bronze Age, such as copper ax with shoulder, bronze pots, slanted tongue...
