New Year's Eve at Dong Cao Pagoda - Thanh Hoa

At the moments of New Year coming, people from all over returned to Dong Cao Pagoda at Nga Yen Commune, Nga Son District, Thanh Hoa Province to attend the New Year's Eve ceremony.

After three sound series of bells and drum, Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hung, the abbot of Dong Cao pagoda, came to lecture hall to burn incense to the Buddha, chanting  sutra Eightfold Path in the New Year's Eve.

After that, Monk Chanh Niem Thinh on behalf of the disciples May the Abbot live a longevity life  and hope Him to give some dharma words in the New Year. Ven accepted and sent wishes to all participants and their family a new year of peace, happiness, all things as self wish, as well as all of them as propagators who bring the Buddha's teachings to life. With simple words by the image of a mouse, Ven. helped the mass understand what to do and what should not do, always try to cultivate wisdom on the path of perfecting the personality.
