Nhan Van High School Students Pray for University Examination 2022

On July 05th, 2022 (June 6th, LC), students from Nhan Van High school, Tan Phu district, HCMC, gathered at Hoang Phap to pray before the university exam in 2022.

To lift up their spirits before taking the exam, the monk has some words of encouragement and motivation to students. This was shared by Junior Thich Tam Vuong, the monks of Hoang Phap Pagoda.

Facing the important exam, the candidates go to the temple to pray to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to increase their faith and confidence to complete the exam well. That is the time we who learn wisdom, compassion, and peace in the Buddha, learn to be calm during trials.

The monk clearly analyzed the difference between praying with a calm, focused spirit or praying with superstition, not studying but hoping to pass the exam. That is the time we stand on our two feet, make a decision to choose the direction for our life. He gave some advice to all learners before and after the exam on health, spirit and psychology to pass the exam and have a peaceful and lucid life on the future path.

When leaving the temple, each of them received a gift of Dharma, including some books Sunshine in the Rain, A Brief Story of Shakyamuni Buddha, Triumph Love, Lessons for Teenagers and many other gifts.
