Offering to Giac Nguyen Pagoda's rain-retreat School of the Charity Board

In 1998, Most Thich Minh Chon was a member of the Demonstrating Council, Former Head of Propagation Department, Deputy Director Board of Viet Nam Buddhist Sangha HCMC, Head of the Management Board of Giac Nguyen Pagoda. Buddhists in the delegation transported rice, noodles, cooking oil, lighting oil, green beans, peanuts, etc, to make offerings to the Three Jewels. Although the gift is simple, it is the heart of Donors everywhere to the monks and nuns to connect good conditions to the Three Jewels in this life, creating a little merit on the path of cultivation in the next life.
Next, on behalf of the delegation, Junior Thich Tam Hue gave a speech of offering to the Three Jewel. Ancient people taught “Durable Buddha-dharma was Buddhist-truth proclaimed widely by the Sangha. Flourishing monastery was a non-profit initiated by kind-hearted people”. Therefore, Buddhists bought items, and gave money to make offerings to the Buddhas-Bodhisattvas in the ten directions, and current Sanghas to help practitioners feel secure in their studies. Just recently days passed when monks held a confession ritual at the temple, today is coming to the rain Retreat's end. 0n behalf of the delegation, the Ven offered longevity wishes to the monks in Giac Nguyen Pagoda, the age in life and in religion being the increase, becoming the large tree in life that shade next generations on the way to study Buddhism.
Head of the Rain Retreat School, the Ven expressed a deep gratitude to Most Master, Junior Abbot of Hoang Phap pagoda has always been interested in supporting the organization of annual rain retreats; teaching monks and Buddhists to come here to make offerings to support monks and nuns with peace of mind to practice and study. He noted and praised the merit of protecting the Three Jewels of the delegation, wishing the delegation members and their family’s solid faith, satisfying their wishes and hopes; more and more good deeds; peace of body-mind, favorable conditions in life.
The total value of the offering on this occasion is 35 million VND.
The donation trip to Giac Nguyen Pagoda by the Charity Board of Hoang Phap Pagoda ended in joy of the mass.
