One - day cultivation retreat at Dong Cao pagoda in Thanh Hoa province

At the beginning of the cultivation, Venerable Thich Tam Hoan of Hoang Phap Pagoda and Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hung instructed all   Buddhists the repentance of the Buddha’s name as well as the creature’ release.

At 9 A.M, Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hung – the Chief of Retreat Organization Board had a dharma talk on topic â€œThe significance of Summer Retreat”. Over one hour preaching, the Junior Ven., with simple words, explained about the initial condition and the based meaning of peaceful summer cultivation. Since then, he helped Buddhists understand more and encouraged them to try to develop their blessing by doing good cause for their cultivation path of mind and body’s improvement. Next, the mass began their cultivation time.

In this retreat, the organizers gave all participants the book of â€œAwareness of mistakes and its correct” by Senior Ven. Thich Chan Tinh.
