One Day Practice

On April 7th, 2019 (March 3rd, LC), thousands of devout Buddhist from different places go to Hoang Phap temple to join the One Day Practice as usual.
Having breakfast, people all gathered at the lecture hall to start the walking meditation, reciting the Buddha-name, listening to the five precepts, and listening Dharma sharing from Ven. Thich Tam Dong on the title of “The Inside Happiness”.
We all want to be happy but are we really found in this world? It’s not easy when every day we face a lot of unexpected things. Then, instead of chasing happiness from outside why don’t we do the opposite way by seeking from inside ourselves! Here are some points to keep:
1. Realizing self-value, don’t waste your time to unworthy people.
2. Don’t try to satisfy others.
3. Don’t put your happiness to others’ hand.
4. Love youself, stop complain.
5. Ignore all the trash rumors.
By the witty talk, he really brings about a vital sharing, easy to come to people. By taking these points, one certainly finds out their little happiness in tired life.
In the afternoon, after the Buddha-name reciting, all have a sit for 15 minutes.
