One- day Practice and Three-Jewel refuge Ceremony at Giai Lam Pagoda - Ha Tinh

On Sep. 10th, 2023, good men and believing women in Tan Lam Huong commune, Thanh Ha districts, Ha Tinh province gathered at Giai Lam Pagoda (belonging to Hoang Phap pagoda) to attend One-day practice and take refuge in Three Jewel.

At 8:00 a.m., all Buddhists came to the main hall to learn Buddhists' demeanor, such as: clasp hands, salute each other, prostrate, etc, ...being extremely important and necessary for a Buddhist guided by monks. After that, Junior Thich Tam Luc thoroughly explained the purpose, meaning of Three Refuges-Five Precepts and necessary issues for Buddhists.

To build solid faith for good men and believing women who return to take refuge in the Three Jewels and vow to comply with five moral principles, Junior Thich Tam Trong, Abbot of Nhat Phap Pagoda in Dong Nai province has a Dharma session to the participants. The monk skillfully shared Buddha's teachings, helping listeners realize the values from themselves and the Dharma, thereby building a solid belief in Three Jewels and diligently practicing.

In the afternoon, representatives of those who received the precepts invited the monks to the main hall to transmit the precepts.

The cultivation day and the great Ceremony ended in the joy of the mass.
