One-day reciting cultivation at Dong Cao Pagoda – Thanh Hoa Province

On Jan. 14th, 2018 (Nov. 28th, Rooster of Year) thousands of Buddhists everywhere in the district returned to attend One-day reciting cultivation at Dong Cao Pagoda, Nga Yen commune, Nga Son district, Thanh Hoa Province.

At 9h A.M Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hung as the Chief of organizers\r\nhad a dharma talk to all Buddhists with theme “How Buddhists organize the\r\nrelative’s funeral”.  After over an hour of preaching, the Junior Ven.\r\nexplained clearly the funeral’s organization of died relative to the mass by\r\nhis simple words and the dharma Buddha’s stories. Particularly, he reminded the\r\nmass who should reduce the old-fashioned and unsuitable customs in\r\nthe funeral instead of expressing the mind of gratitude and commemorating to the\r\ndead so that alive relatives feel happiness and peace at present, as well as\r\ncharge adequately

After that, the mass began the retreats’ cultivation time. This\r\ncultivation day, pagoda gave the cultivation’s calendar of Dong Cao Pagoda.
