One-day Retreat at Hoang Phap-Cambodia Pagoda

By the expectation of popularizing The Buddhism to Vietnamese Buddhist in Cambodia, One-day Retreat was hold at The Hoang Phap- Cambodia in Sunday, January 4th, 2015 ( November 14th , Horse Year) which attracted hundreds of overseas Vietnamese in Cambodia as well as the local people to participate in.

Being allowed by Senior Ven. Thich Chan Tinh - Abbot of\r\nHoang Phap- Viet Nam Pagoda, Thich Tam Dinh a junior monk of Hoang Phap pagoda visited\r\nand communicated Dharma about Five Precepts with the Buddhist .

Five Precepts are a cultivation background for the Buddhist,\r\nwhich are considered as the principles for their practice and application. They\r\ninclude five basic moral standards of humans: not killing living beings, not\r\nstealing, not sexual misconducting, not telling a lie, not drinking alcohols.\r\nLiving within these rules is not only given the path for reaching enlightenment\r\nbut also putting the families, country and society in order and brings to the\r\npeace and happiness.
