One-day Retreat in Cambodia

On June 12th, 2016 (May 08th Year of Monkey), the monks at Hoang Phap Pagoda came to Hoang Phap in Cambodia to help Ven. Thich Tam Truc, Abbot of Hoang Phap Cambodia to organise the one day retreat.
Coming to the retreat this time, with the aim to exchange, sharing ideological unity of the two sects and Mahayana mendicant Buddhist temples in this land, Venerable Thich Tam Truc had invited Venerable Giac Phuoc Long who is studying in Australia to have a talk with nearly 100 Buddhists in the ashram.
Fromh the talk, the Venerable spoke about the development of mendicant sects as well as a brief biography of the Founder Minh Dang Quang who created the mendicant sects in Vietnam. During his course of religion, he stayed at this temple land to find his teacher and then returned to Vietnam to help beings for savation and develop his sect. Thereby, the Venerable encouraged Buddhists who live overseas to care about the Vietnamese youth with the advice: "Whether living far away, they just focus on training knowledge for children and also on their spiritual morality. At the same time trying to build and develop the good life there."
Accompanying the Venerable, there was also Zen Thich Minh Thien, Singaporian monks and two apprentice young monk in Thailand also attended it.
