One - day Retreat of Dong Cao pagoda in Thanh Hoa

On the beginning of the day, Venerable Thich Tam Hung, chief of organization broad, instructed walking meditation in reciting the Buddha's name before chanting of six-sense repentance, reminding five precepts of lay Buddhists and performing the ritual releasing creatures.
At 9h00, Venerable Thich Tam Hung - abbot of Dong Cao pagoda came to the main hall to share a buddhist dharma lecture with the subject "Who is (earth-store) Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva?". After more than an hour preaching with simple words and Buddha's teachings through Buddhist stories, Venerable helped attendees understand better the (Earth-Store) Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva. Accordingly, Venerable reminded presented mass, we are Buddhist cultivators who have a mind toward the Buddha, so we should know how to practice diligently and propagate dharma teachings, follow the Buddha’s example because of benefits of beings. After that, the masses entered the time of reciting the Buddha's names as usual.
In the afternoon of the same day, Buddhist Youth Club of Dong Cao Pagoda continued to organize activities under the witness of Master abbot. The monks hope young people always keep their health, study well. In the club, each member continues to keep meaningful activities and developing through sharing experiences, constantly learning and training themselves to deserve as a Buddha’s true disciple.
