Periodic repentant Ceremony at Bon Temple - Nghe An

In the evening of Nov. 07th, 2022 (Oct. 14th, Year of the Tiger) good men and believing women returned to Bon Temple to attend the periodic penance rite, and commemorate Late Great Master Ngo Chan Tu, Founder of Hoang Phap Pagoda.

Before the rite, Junior Thich Tam Due, abbot of Bon Temple instructed the mass to begin the repentant rite. After that, the public reviewed together five precepts of lay Buddhists.

Next, the monks and the Buddhists together listened to the life and career of Late Master Ngo Chan Tu. To show respect and gratitude to him, the Abbot and the mass together lit incense and flowers to offer to the Late Great Master on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of the patriarch's passing.
