Pratimoksa commandment rite

On July 24th, 2021 (June 15th, LC), all monks at Hoang Phap Pagoda in their dignified dharma robes solemnly held a rite to recite precepts at the main hall.

This is the time for all monks to remind each other about the rules of practitioners to nurture good deeds and practice precepts. These commandments are to keep on Sangha's life in the spirit of harmony and purity.

The ceremony was attended by Senior Thich Chan Tinh, abbot of Hoang Phap Pagoda and Monks in the pagoda.

Next, Junior Thich Tam Vuong offered incense to the Buddha, performed the Buddhist traditional ritual and then declared Buddhist laws.
