Preparing for the Great Ceremony of Buddha's Birthday (part 1)

The event of the Buddha's Birthday has a meaning of special importance to the Buddhism disciples on over the world. This year, the Great Ceremony in the time is happening the Covid-19 pandemic which is complicated by various sources of infection in the community. Accordingly, the crowded activities will not be organized such as parade of flower carriages, art programs, or gathering of stage.

The Great Ceremony 2020 at Hoang Phap Pagoda will be organized only inner pagoda. With the mind to create the atmosphere of the Buddha's birthday to everyone when returning the pagoda to worship Buddha, the monks and Buddhists have already had preparations.

The work such as hanging flags, lights, banners, slogans and the decoration of stage was urgently carried out by Monks and Buddhists. The roads leading to pagoda have greeted visitors joyfully with flags, banners, slogans celebrating the Buddha's birthday. This is a practical action to commemorate His appearance.
