Program of healthy examination - treatment, free medicine and charity gift giving at Dang Phap Pagoda in Binh Phuoc

Currently, rural local residents’ life is still difficult, and the need for medical examination needs to be taken care, Dang Phap pagoda in Binh Phuoc province, (belonging to Hoang Phap pagoda) has cooperated with charity groups to organize a program of medical examination – treatment, and giving gifts to people in difficult circumstances in the commune on April 8th, 2023.

*. Giving gifts:

The pagoda in conjunction with a charity group from Ho Chi Minh City led by Buddhist Lien Oanh, gave 180 portions of gifts to the people. Each gift is worth 460,000 VND, including: rice, 1 box of noodles, soy sauce, cooking oil, sugar and an envelope 200,000 VND. The total amount of the gift is equivalent to 82,800,000 VND.

*. Healthy examination and free medicine distribution:

The pagoda accompanied by the Ba Mien Charity Doctors Association in HCM City provided free healthy examination, and medicine for 300 attendees at Dang Phap pagoda. The group supported an additional 50,000 VND for each attendee. The amount to support each patient in examination, medicine and cash is 150,000 VND. Total costs equivalent to 45,000,000 VND.

The program of medical examination – treatment, and gift giving was completed in the joy of the mass.
