Prostrating five hundred names Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara at Giai Lam Pagoda, Ha Tinh

To honor and remember the merit of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara, from March 6th - 10th, 2023 (Feb. 15th - 19th, LC), Giai Lam pagoda in Binh Tien village, Tan Lam Huong commune, Thach Ha district, Ha Tinh province (belonging to the sect of Hoang Phap pagoda) held a penitential ritual of Five-hundred Titles, a large number of devout Buddhists attended.

Next, after offering incense, praising and prostrating to the titles of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara on the main night, Junior Thich Tam Luc recited Her twelve vows so that the listeners could understand Her great vows and careers.

At the end of the program, the participants listened to the musical performances to offer to the Bodhisattva on the occasion of Her birthday. Besides, the temple also cooks bean compote to invite Buddhists after the rite.

The ritual ended in the joy of the mass.
