Prostrating the Names Avalokitesvara

On the 8th anniversary of Avalokitesvara ashram establishment, Junior Thich Tam Trinh held a rite to pay homage to Her names in the evening of March 29th, 2023; crowded Budhists returned to Hoang Phap pagoda to attend.

In the mind of directing everyone to study Buddhadharma, transform suffering in daily life, Junior Thich Tam Trinh held the rituals to kowtow Avalokiteshvara's titles on 8th and 23rd lunar days monthly. This helps Buddhists return to their pure nature, learn to listen, save suffering from others to perfect their self-study.

After reciting Buddha's name, Junior Thich Tam Trinh and the mass cut the cake and set off fireworks to open the ritual.

Then, he had a short Dharma talk named Understanding and Love

The program was followed by the lyrics of Singer Thuy Trang, performing songs “Prostrating Avalokitesvara”, “Breathing and Laughing”.

Next, the ritual is conducted according to the traditional way, Junior Thich Tam Trinh chanted the name Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara. After each of Her names, the mass repeated: "Namo Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva". The energy emanating from the devotion of the mass is to pray for peace in the world, sentient beings to be delighted, all homes to be warm and happy.
