Repentant ceremony at Suoi Phap Pagoda

Before the rite, Junior Thich Tam Huong, Abbot of Suoi Phap Pagoda had a dharma talk titled “Friendly close to a good knowing friend (Advisor)”
A good-knowing friend (Advisor) is a wise and virtuous person, a wise teacher to instruct and help us on the right path.
These friends have three kinds:
1. The teacher will guide us to study and practice the Dharma correctly.
2. Good companions are people who share good deeds and practice the Dharma on the path to enlightenment and deliverance.
3. Outside supporters those who help and support us on the path of cultivation and doing good deeds that benefit the mass.
When being close to these wise people, we will learn many good things to cultivate our body and mind, change our speech and behavior for a better daily life.
After the dharma talk, the mass started the penitential ceremony as usual.
