Repentant Ceremony at Suoi Phap Pagoda, Tay Ninh

On March 12th, 2020 (Jan. 29th, LC) devout Buddhists returned to Suoi Phap Pagoda to attend the periodic penance rite.

By permission from Senior Ven. Thich Chan Tinh, Abbot of Hoang Phap pagoda, Junior Ven. Thich Tam Tri had a dharma talk to share all Buddhists named Cherish human life before the repenting rite.

In the Buddha's sutras, it is said: "The human body is hard to gain". To have a human body in this life is thanks to our cultivation causes in thousands of past lives. Having a human body is already difficult and meeting the Dharma even more difficult, he encouraged the Buddhists to diligently practice good dharma, keep a pure mind, and cherish life to practice for our body and mind transformation.
