On March 26th, 2020 (Feb. 12th, LC) devout Buddhists returned to Suoi Phap Pagoda to attend the periodic penance rite.

By permission from Senior Ven. Thich Chan Tinh, Abbot of Hoang Phap pagoda, Junior Ven. Thich Tam Khiet had a dharma talk to share all Buddhists named Five Moral Things in Buddhism.

After the talk, the mass started the penitential ceremony as usual.
