Repentant Ceremony at Suoi Phap Pagoda, Tay Ninh

On March 16th, 2022 (Feb. 14th, Year of the Tiger) good men and believing women returned to Suoi Phap Pagoda to attend the periodic penance rite.

This time of repentance, Junior Thich Tam Huong, Abbot of Suoi Phap Pagoda, guided rules of practitioners when entering the temple such as: clasping hands, prostrating, greeting, walking, standing, lying down, chanting, meditating, ect,.... it is one of the basic and traditional beauty of the Buddha 's disciple. Thus, it shows the demeanors, manners, ethics, virtues, etc,...of a devout Buddhist.

The monk pointed out that when we want to make a round cake, we must put it in a round mold; or if we want to make a square cake, put it in a square mold.In hope to be a virtuous person, we must follow the rules of order, manners and standards.
