Repentant ceremony for the names of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara

Devout Buddhists returned to Hoang Phap temple to attend the prostration rite to the title of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara on the evening of April 27th, 2023 (March 8th Year of the Cat).

Hoang Phap Pagoda holds a ritual to repent for the title of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara on the 8th and 23rd every lunar month. Regular practice of repentance is to direct people back to their pure nature, spread peaceful energy, alleviate fear caused by greed, hatred, delusion as well as the hustle and bustle of life; from there, people will become more peaceful and happier.

Next, the ritual is conducted according to the traditional way, Junior Thich Tam Trinh chanted the name Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara. After each of Her name, the mass repeated: "Namo Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva". The energy emanating from the devotion of the mass is to pray for peace in the world, sentient beings to be delighted, each individual to be warm and happy, epidemic will be repelled soon.
