Repentant Ceremony on (intercalary) Feb. 14th, Year of the Cat at Dong Cao pagoda

In the evening of April 04th, 2023 (intercalary Feb. 14th, Year of the Cat), good men and believing women everywhere returned to Dong Cao Pagoda (belonging to Hoang Phap pagoda’s custom) in Thanh Hoa to attend a periodic penance rite.

First, Buddhist Lien Thanh, as Head member of ashram Yen Phap reviewed the activity's rules of the mass at present.

Next, Dong Cao pagoda’s Junior Abbot Thich Tam Hung instructed the mass in chanting sutra, prostrating Buddha’s names, as well as reviewing Three Refuge - Five Precepts. Then, he shared dharma words, helping them firmly believe in Three Jewel, strongly vowing to nurture bodhicitta.

Last, he invited the mass comeback temple to attend One-Day Retreat on Sunday of April 09th, 2023.
