Returning and volunteer activity at the temple by Students of Transport University - Hanoi

Nghe Tinh Student Union of Transport University has come to Hoa Phuc Pagoda to ask for One-day Retreat and volunteer work on April 24, 2022 (March 24th, LC).

After being guided on rules and things to know when coming to a temple, the delegation listened to a Dharma talk given by Junior Thich Tam Hoa, Abbot of Hoa Phuc Pagoda with the title "Maintaining positive energy and managing emotions".

In the dharma period, the monk shared four main points as following:

1. To the glorious history of sacred land in Nghe An - Ha Tinh, each student should be proud of their homeland, proud of the spiritual traditions of their ancestors. This energy of pride and gratitude will nourish and awaken the value of each person's life.

2. Maintaining energy and managing your own emotions to achieve happiness in daily life.

3. Overcoming the influence of cell phones to master your own will, thoughts; freedom and emotional independence in daily life.

The Abbot had the time to answer questions, encourage students to strive in study, practice ethics, participate in volunteer activities to be worthy of being a Buddhist in the Nghe Tinh region of Vietnamese nation.

In the afternoon, all participants did volunteer work by the guidance of organizers in a peaceful space of Hoa Phuc pagoda.
