“Returning besides the Buddha on Mid-Autumn Festival" for Kids of Suoi Phap Pagoda, Tay Ninh.

On the evening of Sep. 14th, 2024 (Aug. 12th, LC), at Suoi Phap pagoda (belonging to Hoang Phap pagoda 's sect) in Tay Ninh, Buddhists, Donors and Local Government held the program of "Returning beside the Buddha on the mid-Autumn Festival".

The pagoda gave 1,200 Mid-Autumn gifts to children in the commune and children studying at Son Ca Kindergartens at Hamlet 2, Hamlet 4, and Hamlet 6. Junior Abbot Thich Tam Huong of Suoi Phap Pagoda guided the children in activities, read the article "Remembering Gratitude" and presented the comic book "Mother and Father's Grace" compiled by Most Thich Chan Tinh before giving the gifts.

 

The monk expressed his deep gratitude to Buddhists, Donors who donated gifts to the children, and the attention of local authorities at the gift-giving ceremony.
