SHARING DHARMA TALK TO THE BIDV BANK STAFFS

In the evening August 27th, 2018, accepted the invitation of the BIDV Leadership branch Chau Thanh, HCMC, P17, Go Vap District, the Vice Abbot Ven. Thich Tam Trong addressed some words from the Buddha related to how to lead a peaceful and happy life by understanding the Law of Karma, the Causes and Effects…to show them what should one do to be a wise man.

Most people in the modern time always busy and get stress all the time. Therefore, here Ven. Vice Abbot didn’t give any deep talk about Buddhist Philosophy but the normal rules in daily life only. He talked about why people are different from looks to social positions by telling stories. We all come to this life in vast diversity, some are wise, some are a fool, some beautiful and some are not…all caused by the past karma one had done. Karma makes our present life but the main factors make people happy or suffering caused by present deeds, mind, speech. Therefore, try to live with wholesome talk, act and thought to prevent the bad fruits. “A wise man should care about not only this life but next life”, this is the message Ven. Thich Tam Trong wants to send to the bank staff.

Finished the talk, the leadership on the behalf of the bank staff sent the thanks to Ven. Preacher and hope in the future there will be more and more useful talk like this for the lay people, those who busy and have not much time for taking practice.

Before leaving, small presents had been sent to all people: a wood chain for daily practice and the two books “A Circle of Life”, and “Make yourself beautiful from the body to mind”, written by Ven. Thich Chan Tinh.
