Solemnity of the Buddha's Great Birthday Ceremony at Van Dai Phuoc Pagoda

The ceremony was attended by Senior Thich Tanh Dai, Vice of Director Board of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Ha Tinh province, together with the Sangha in the district of Nghe An province and the monks of Hoang Phap pagoda.
At the ceremony, the venerable monks, nuns, and Buddhists listened to the Buddha's Birthday Message of Dharma Lord of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, given by Senior Thich Tanh Dai. The Venerable had some encouragement and raised the Buddha birthday meaning and practice purpose.
In the sacred atmosphere, the venerable monks, nuns and men and women Buddhists performed sacred rites to celebrate the Buddha's birth and the ritual of bathing the Buddha.
Also, there were musical performances by singers, Buddhists performed to offer the Three Jewels in the ceremony.
The monks performed food giving rituals to souls alone; praying for sentient beings' peace, the ancestor getting salvation and the human having prosperity, and the epidemic being eradicated.
