Sowing Bodhi-seed to the Kids

In the morning of June 1st, 2019 (April 28th, LC), with permission from Ven. Abbot Thich Chan Tinh, the monk let 200 kids joined the monkhood for one month. This sows into their young mind a Bodhi-seed, the seed of awakening and being a virtuous one.

In the early morning, the monk presented at the chanting hall to perform the incense offering rite and one of the kids represented to all expressed some words to the monk before taking the official ordination. Ven. Thich Tam Trong also sent some words to them.

The ceremony closed in the joy of people.
