Ten-day Cultivation Course at Hoa Phuc Pagoda.

Oct.28th, 2019 (Oct. 1, the year of the pig), Hoa Phuc Pagoda at Hoa Truc hamlet, Hoa Thach commune, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi City officially opened a 10-day retreat to recite the Buddha's name - Liang-Wu-Ti 's repentance ceremony, with the topic "Towards The Origin" (held from Oct. 28 to Nov. 6, 2019) for more than 100 male and female Buddhists.

In the course, Hoa Phuc pagoda organized the ceremony of Temporary Ordination for 50 Buddhists, so they can live the life of home- leaving person, cultivate the seeds of Bodhi and set mind of entering into ordination now or in the future.

After completing the registration procedure in the afternoon, under the guidance of Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hoa as Abbot of Hoa Phuc Pagoda, all Buddhists also solemnly welcomed to the monks and nuns to lecture hall to witness the ceremony of "Temporary Ordination" of over 50 practitioners.

The ceremony takes place according to traditional rituals. Accordingly, each practitioner attends the Temporary Ordination who will receive ten moral precepts. By this way, the Venerable Abbot encouraged, passed on four majesty and behaved properly when living in the cultivating environment. From here, the concept of practicing of each cultivator is strengthened.
