The 27th Kid Playground

After finishing registering in the morning, the monks guided young learners to gather at the lecture hall to participate in the activities and listen to a short talk from Senior Thich Chan Tinh, Abbot of Hoang Phap Pagoda, Head of the Organizers.
On occasion of the upcoming spiritual tour, the Senior preached about Four Buddhist Holy Places where the travelers will be touched when visiting. Thanks to this, little kids have learned about the meaning of four important events in the life of the Buddha such as: place of birth, place of enlightenment, place of turning Dharma, place of Nirvana.
In the afternoon, little kids had moments of quiet sitting with the monks. Before starting the exam, the monks helped attendees to review what they have learned. A worthy reward for the children who successfully complete the exam is the spiritual tour of Four Buddhist Holy Places at Truc Lam Chanh Giac Monastery, Tien Giang. They have to memorize the contents of the two booklets: Lessons of gratitude, I go to the temple to study and the song I go to the temple.
Before leaving, the children received gifts from the monks, a comic book named “Unity is strength”.
