The 33rd Kid Playground

Hoang Phap Pagoda organized the 33rd children's playground for over 550 kids to come back to the pagoda to attend on July 10th, 2022 (June 12th, LC).

After finishing registering in the morning, monks guided little learners coming to the lecture hall to participate in funny activities, such as reading books and watching comics.

Next, novice Thich Tam Lich preached a dharma talk to young learners about the Buddha's life and teachings, His great disciples, the history of Buddhism, etc. From here, the monks guided them to study and practice the examples of great people, Buddha merit. Thanks to this, they can be imbued with the elevated thought and noble personality of the Buddha.

After that, the children practiced sitting meditation and read the poem “Gratitude”.

In an exciting atmosphere in the afternoon, the program "Ring the temple bell" took place at the Main Hall with the theme "Learning about Buddha's life". The program is a contest to learn about the life of Buddha in the form of multiple choice by choosing answers A, B, C, D to select the best candidates who will receive prizes from the Organizers.

Before leaving the temple, the participants received a gift from the monks, a book named Drowned Rabbits and other gifts.
