The 41st Kid Playground

Hoang Phap Pagoda organized the 41st children's playground for nearly 600 kids to attend on April 02nd, 2023.

After registering in the morning, monks guided little learners coming to the lecture hall to participate in funny activities, such as doing exercise, playing mental and physical training games.

Next, the Kids listened to a short dharma talk on the topic named: A pious son and a good pupil, preached by Junior Thich Tam Hanh.

With witty narration, close stories in daily life, he taught children to obey their parents, learn how to deal with bad situations to avoid danger, be more conscious, and attentive in learning.

Next the Dharma talk, kids had a cultural exchange with little singers Bao Ngoc and Bao Nhu.

Before ending the study program in the morning, little learners sit quietly, and read Most Thich Chan Tinh’s gratitude poem, remind the children to remember the merits of their parents, teachers, Three Jewels, the country and the people around them; and then vow to try their best to become good children when they return to their families.

In the afternoon, Ms. Trinh Thi Hong lectured "Solutions to help children learn English well" to the kids.

The Playground ended with the joy of the children. Before leaving, the organizers gave a gift of dharma, the comic book The little novice saves the ants.
