The 5th Dharma Talk Program: "Confidences in the cultivation life"

On the path of leaving-home toward the spiritual life, each of them has come from many different ways. Each person will take different purposes, ideas, feeling, emotion ... to come to the religion, however, the main goal will look forward to the good and noble in the soul. He shared the reasons why he thought about cultivation: when he witnessed old age and the death of his grandmother, twice at death’s door of his father, the words from mother and the time he spent at the pagoda ... Since, these causes help him to become a monk.
Next, he also shared the memories of ordination at the temple, how he behaved with the mass. The Monk said: In the new days of being a monk, Master taught two things of "obedience and faithfulness to the Master" which is the duty, being the material to connect between Master and disciples.
Parents give us the body and the Master gives us ordination with the dharma appearance: clean shaven head and cultivator's ritual robe – commandments of ethical life - living in goodness. The master is respectable, worthy of offering, is the supreme blessing in life. Thanks to the Master who has led us, He is also the father, the guider, and the good friend.
How can we have this body without a father?
How to achieve like today without a leader?
The Monk expressed his deep gratitude to the Master, Patriarch who gave him a dharma appearance, and commandments. Thanks to the Dharma, the Monk encouraged the family to live well, giving up unwholesome things, toward practicing in order to have a peaceful and happy life. Since, he makes a vow to cultivate diligently, to become a genuine monk, that is, to take "wisdom is the first", as well as serving human life - "living is to give,...".
