The 61st Kid Playground

Hoang Phap Pagoda organized the 61st Kid playground for over 200 kids to attend on Jan. 12th, 2025.

Little learners came to the lecture hall to participate in funny activities and do exercise after registering.

 

All kids listened to a dharma talk named Merit bowing to the Buddha, taught by Junior Thich Tam Huynh, Monks of Hoang Phap pagoda.

 

Next, there was a life skills’ program with the theme "Tet is for growing up" by Ms. Dung.

 

A monk instructed little listeners to sit in meditation, and repeat the comic verses' book named Mother-Father grace compiled by Most Thich Chan Tinh. Understanding the hardship, wearing and love of their parents, all kids should be grateful, be more filial and obedient.

 

All participants attended a closing ceremony and vegetarian buffet party at the end of the year together with all Monks.

 

 Before leaving the temple, the Organizers gave a dharma gift of books to kids.

 

The practice day closed in joy for all attendees.
